Return & Refund Policy
At NovaDeals, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your ReliefPro™ Massager to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
2. How to Start a Return
To start a return, simply contact our support team at support@getnovadeals.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the item. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
3. Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right (we will send a replacement at no extra cost to you).
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (PayPal) within 5-7 business days.
5. Return Shipping
Please note that customers are responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product arrived damaged.
